Saw this on a NASA discussion group when they were trying to deal with these flatearthtards. This is probably the best real world example of how the various moon shots actually work, and it’s brilliant because anyone with some time and determination can do this. Hell, you can even take it one step further and do it at night with a flashlight to duplicate the occlusion on the planet and show how and eclipse works (if you have enough distance to do it.
